In the wake of COVID-19, I wanted to reach out to you on behalf of Certified Payments.

Our customers are our highest priority and we value the health, safety and well-being of our community partners, along with the continuity of services you count on us to provide.

Certified Payments also values the health and safety of our employees; therefore, our efforts have been focused on successfully transitioning our teams to work remotely. We stand ready to support you, your agency and the citizens you serve.

As health and government officials continue to share updates about COVID-19 and ways to prevent the spread of the illness, a number of municipalities have made the decision to close their offices. To accommodate citizens needing to make a payment, Certified Payments offers the following cost-effective ways for citizens to make a payment without visiting your offices:

  • Web – Utilizing the Payment Portal certifiedpayments.net
  • Mobile – Utilizing a phone or tablet on the Payment Portal certifiedpayments.net
  • Hyperlink to Certified Payments Web Portal – Providing a hyperlink to your Certified Payments Page from your department page. Please copy and paste this URL to your website:  https://certifiedpayments.net/index.aspx?BureauCode=1234567  *Note: The numbers highlighted in yellow will need to be replaced with your 7-digit Bureau Code.
  • IVR – Calling 1-866-549-1010 for payment through IVR. Pressing 0 at any time will connect citizens to an operator.
